We view a brand just like a tree. All of its parts are critical and dependent on each other for sustained growth over time. If they are all working together in a consistent manner, the brand thrives.

The roots of your brand are the vision and values which serve as a blueprint for the company’s overall success. The trunk is the innovative products and services you provide. The branches are your employees that confidently exemplify your brand. The leaves are the way your brand consistently looks and sounds when applied to any media channel.
The Branding Process
1: Dig In
You are your brand, we are the branding specialists. Therefore, in this first step, we rely on lots of valuable feedback from you so that we can move forward to an effective and great-fitting brand solution. We will provide you with a series of well-crafted surveys to facilitate the analysis of the history of the brand, the current state of the brand, how employees feel about it and how customers feel about it.
2: Break-thru
We’ll take all the research compiled in step 1 and walk you through an brainstorm process we call the “Break-thru”. This can be done either at your offices or at Blu. Either way, it’s an in-person, in-depth look at your challenges, people’s perceptions and what’s going on in the industry. The session will be finished off with open discussion about factors for us to consider as we create the feeling, voice and look of your brand. We take the resulting information and all of the other compiled research and write a brand execution plan that will serve as a guide through the next big step.
3: Create
On this step, the research, brainstorming and execution plan is handed to the creative team to bring the ideas to life and establish your new brand. It can include everything from tag line to website to print ads. The scope of this step is very broad and will follow the approved plan created in step 2.
4: Launch
An internal launch will take place first to get all the employees on board and fired up about the new brand. This is a key part of branding because the employees are what brings the brand to life. The external launch will take the elements created in step 3 and put them to work in all the media channels that have been identified as efficient messaging vehicles to reach your customers and prospects.
