COVID-19 stressed healthcare systems around the world. The impact it had on pain management clinics was no exception. National Spine and Pain Centers (NPSC), a pain management clinic with 65 locations nationwide, partnered with blu to develop a tactical patient care strategy that would focus on providing care to lapsed patients. To win back these inactive patients, NSPC and blu developed a dynamic content library that highlighted three specific messages: brand messaging, telecare messaging, and messaging featuring the patient pledge.
